Ms. Alderman has an MBA from the University
of Connecticut and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Union
College. Prior to attending graduate school, Ms. Alderman had
five years of experience with HBO and Viacom/CBS working in the areas
of legal compliance, contract negotiations, and business affairs. Ms.
Alderman has played an instrumental role in establishing the Foundation. Ms.
Alderman specifically returned to graduate school in order to prepare
herself to take the helm of the Foundation as its Executive Director.
